Bluegreen Vacations and ICO Uniforms have collaborated to design three lifestyle wardrobe collections. These collections give each property the flexibility to create distinctive looks based on the property’s personality and location. In addition, there is an Outerwear collection that addresses all seasons for each of the lifestyles.
The following is a guide of how to start on your journey to your new wardrobe, as well as some additional FAQ’s.
ACCOUNT SET UP
All Bluegreen properties are requested to complete the ICO Account Set-Up Form. Please fill this out at ICO Account Application Form.
At the top of the form, you will have a choice to set up credit terms or to pay by credit card. If you choose to set up Net 30 credit terms, you will be asked to fill out basic information on the next page to set-up your account.

Order Lead Time
For non-modified standard products, lead time is 7-10 days. However, we will ship your order as quickly as possible. For modified styles, we typically ship in 10 - 14 business days. The shipping method automatically defaults to FedEx Ground. Please contact email@example.com for expedited requests.
Samples can be purchased and can be returned within (30) days of purchase for a full refund. Should you need assistance with samples, please contact your Account Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org or 888.380.5646.
To assist with fitting your associates, fit lines can be ordered upon request. Fit lines can be returned to ICO for credit within 30 days as long as the products are not washed, altered, or damaged. See ICO's Return Policy for more information. If your property chooses to keep the fit line, ICO will provide a 25% discount on fit line orders. ICO gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered merchandise within (30) days of delivery. Examples of damaged merchandise include, but are not limited to, makeup stains, deodorant stains, heavy perfume scents, etc.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization. To request a Return Authorization, please go to Return Authorization Form to place a request for your return.
Can I return embroidered/modified garments?
No. When an item is modified, it becomes customized and cannot be returned to inventory for resale. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for modified garments. Modifications include any type of decoration, alteration or adjustment to a stock garment.
What do I do if I lost my Packing Slip?

When will I receive a refund for returned items?
ICO will issue a refund on sample orders within 5-7 days of receiving the item(s) back in our warehouse. All other returns will be credited in the form of credit on account to be used toward future purchases.
Why have I only received part of my order?
We do our best to make sure our inventory is constantly stocked based on the demand and popularity of our products. Unfortunately, there are exceptional times when certain products are in higher demand than usual due to seasonality etc. and can become unavailable until they arrive at our distribution center. We apologize for any inconveniences when this does happen and assure you that the backorders will ship as soon as they arrive.
